Understanding the causes, factors, and methods of reducing students' exam anxiety in high school exams

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the causes, factors, and methods reduce students' exam anxiety in high school exams. Research methodology: In order conduct research, from among students district one Rey city 690 seventh grade female students, 100 them were selected by using a non-random sampling method. questions questionnaire consisted 21 closed-ended 1 open-ended question. Results: findings indicate that several factors are effective aggravating test anxiety. Losing privileged academic position classroom followed personality impairment disturbs student's peace mind causes become anxious during exam. Limitations: addition mentioned as anxiety, there may be other these fields can affect such hereditary weakness personality, faith, cases cannot measured or not study.
